This is an informational website for Mentor Innovations and its software products. Apart from the contact form, it does not provide accounts, payments, a newsletter or a chatbot.

Cloudflare hosts this website and may process technical request information needed to deliver and operate the site, such as an IP address, browser details, requested pages and request timing.

With your permission, we use PostHog, hosted in the United States, to understand visits, referral sources, product interest, conversion steps, page performance and browser errors. Analytics uses browser storage to recognize visits and measure journeys. Masked session recordings and heatmaps help us understand interactions. We exclude contact form contents, mask input values, and do not send your name, email address or message as analytics events.

You can decline analytics or change your choice through Analytics preferences in the footer. Declining does not prevent use of this website or its contact form. Analytics events may be retained for one year and session recordings for up to one month under our current free plan.

When you send a message through the contact form, we store the name, email address and message you provide, the time it was sent, your browser description and a one-way fingerprint of your network address used only to limit automated abuse. Submissions are saved in our Supabase database and emailed through Zoho to our team so we can read and respond to your message.

Saved submissions are held in a private database that is not readable by visitors to this site. Please choose what information you include in a message. If you would like your message removed, say so in a follow up message and we will delete it.
